HEC Announces Full Scholarships for PhD in US

ISLAMABAD: 09.10.2025: The Higher Education Commission (HEC) has announced fully funded PhD scholarships for Pakistani students to study at over 300 leading universities in the United States, under the Pak-US Knowledge Corridor initiative.
Applications for the Spring 2026 intake are open until November 15, 2025, and must be submitted via the official HEC website.
Eligibility criteria included Pakistani or AJK nationality and Minimum 16 years of education.
The scholarship covers tuition fees, a monthly stipend, medical insurance, and round-trip airfare.
