PMD forecasts rains, cold wave to persist

ISLAMABAD: 22.01.2025: The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) on Wednesday predicted rains in different parts of the country, whereas the cold wave will persist for the coming days.
According to the Met department, the weather will remain cold and dry in most parts of the country, whereas Kashmir, Gilgit-Baltistan, Upper parts of Khyber-Pakhtunkhuwa, and North-Western parts of Balochistan will experience rain. Moreover, snowfall is also predicted in the mountainous areas of the country.
